Its not too late to register! Packet pickup is today at the Trak Shak Homewood until 5:30PM ($20). You can also register race day beginning at 6:30AM ($25). We will have a moon walk and face paining for the kids as well as lots of food from O'Carrs, Magic Muffin and Big Sky Bread. We will have lots of Dasani Water and Powerade too!Top 3 overall winners receive Trak Shak gift cards. We also have door prizes from Cahaba Cycles, Starbucks, Lucy's Coffee Shop, Over Easy, Bike Link, and Panara Bread. |

The race is now 35 days away, and we can't wait to see everyone out at Homewood High School on August 20th! The UAB PT students are back in school after a short summer break and are busy putting together the finishing details for race day. Don't forget to preregister online, and start training for the 5K! The website is all updated with 2011 race information! We are looking forward to our 5th annual race set for Aug 20, 2011. After a successful race last year, we decided to host the race again this year at Homewood High. Go ahead and mark your calendars and start training for this years race. You are able!

We are so excited that the 2010 race is less than a month away! Don't forget that registration online must be completed by August 18th at noon, and registration by mail must be received by August 17th! Alternatively, you can always sign up the day of the race, too!

Planning for the 4th Annual Are U ABle? 5K has begun! The date has been set for August 21st, 2010. The 5K will begin at 7:30 am! More details coming soon!
